At Darkaa, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy applies to our Trak platform (https://admin.trak.codes) and related Google Workspace add-ons.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Subscription Services

  • For monthly subscriptions: We offer a full refund if requested within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After this period, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your subscription.
  • For annual subscriptions: We offer a full refund if requested within the first 14 days of your initial subscription. After this period, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your subscription.

1.2. One-Time Purchases

  • For one-time purchases of digital products or services: We offer a full refund if requested within 3 days of purchase, provided the product or service has not been substantially used or downloaded.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
  • Custom development work or personalized services
  • Purchases made using promotional codes or discounts
  • Add-ons or extensions to existing subscriptions

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Processing

4.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

4.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
