A practical QA workflow

  1. Keep one sample, batch, or inspected item per spreadsheet row.
  2. Choose steps such as Received, Under inspection, Rework, and Approved.
  3. Use an existing sample or batch code, or generate printable QR labels.
  4. Scan the item to record each move and an optional note.
  5. Review the current status and previous decisions directly from the sheet.
