Terms of Service for Kyran AI App Builder for Sheets™

Welcome to Kyran AI App Builder for Sheets™. By installing or using this add-on, you agree to the following terms.

1. What this add-on does

  • Kyran helps you build mini-apps inside Google Sheets™ with the help of AI.
  • You describe what you want, Kyran generates Apps Script code and installs it in your Sheet.
  • You can then use the features created, as if they were part of your Sheet.

2. What we are responsible for

  • We provide the add-on itself and keep it working with Google Sheets™.
  • We handle the basics: bug fixes, updates, and the infrastructure that powers the add-on.
  • We do not guarantee that every app the AI generates will work exactly as you imagined.

3. What you are responsible for

  • You decide what apps to generate and run inside your Sheet.
  • You are responsible for any data you send to the AI service and any results it generates.
  • If you share or use generated apps with others, you are responsible for how those are used.
  • Do not use Kyran to build apps that break Google’s rules, local laws, or harm others.

4. AI service and API key

  • Kyran uses the Google Gemini API (or other AI models) to generate code.
  • You need to provide your own API key to use it.
  • By entering your API key, you agree to the terms of the provider of that key (e.g., Google’s terms for Gemini).

5. Limits of liability

  • This add-on is provided “as is”, with no guarantees.
  • We are not liable for errors in generated code, data loss, or any issues caused by using the add-on.
  • You use the add-on at your own risk.

6. Updates and changes

  • We may update Kyran, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy at any time.
  • If changes are major, we will post a notice in the add-on or on our website.
  • Continued use of the add-on means you accept the updated terms.

7. Termination

  • You can stop using Kyran at any time by uninstalling it from Google Sheets™.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the add-on or break these terms.
