This Privacy Policy explains how Darkaa (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use AI Response Feedback for Forms™.
Information we use
- Your email address, so the add-on can show account-related choices and send test emails.
- Your form questions and settings needed to guide setup.
- Form responses needed to generate feedback, retry failed checks, and show response status.
- Email addresses selected by you for feedback delivery.
- Basic processing records, such as whether a response was checked, passed review, failed, or was exported.
How we use information
- To review form responses with AI based on your instructions.
- To send feedback emails to the recipients you choose.
- To help you retry failed processing and export reviewed responses.
- To provide support, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
AI and email services
When a response is reviewed, the add-on sends the form questions, your review instructions, and the relevant response answers to an AI service so feedback can be generated.
If you configure an external email provider, the information needed to send the email is sent to that provider. If you use the built-in sender, email is sent through your Google account.
Data storage
The add-on stores your setup choices and response processing status so it can continue working for the form. Some diagnostic logs may be kept to troubleshoot errors and protect service reliability.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your form responses for advertising.
- We do not read your email inbox.
- We do not access Google Drive™ files outside the current form.
Google API data
AI Response Feedback for Forms™ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
- You can pause automatic processing from the add-on sidebar.
- You can remove recipients or change where feedback is sent.
- You can uninstall the add-on from your Google account.
- You can contact us to ask about data related to your use of the add-on.
