How it works
Every organizer has a personal referral code. Yours is shown at the very bottom of the add-on dashboard, in the footer: 8 characters, for example K7TPM3XW.
Share that code with a friend who also organizes events. In their own add-on, they scroll to the footer field “Have a code from another organizer?”, enter your code, and they are done.
What each of you gets
- Your friend gets 50 free check-ins the moment they apply your code.
- You get 25 free check-ins when their event runs for real, meaning it sends 20 or more tickets.
- You get 200 more free check-ins if your friend makes their first payment.
Free check-ins are spent when you scan guests at the door on event day. Every event already includes 10 attendees for free, so with a referral a small event can cost nothing at all.
The simple rules
- One code per organizer account.
- You cannot apply your own code to your own project.
- One referral per project.

Open the QR Code Ticket add-on in Google Sheets™ or Google Forms™ and scroll to the bottom of the dashboard. Your code is waiting there. Share it with an organizer friend before their next event, and enjoy the free check-ins at your own door.
