1. Information We Collect:
1.1. Personal Information:
We collect your email address when you use the addon, and use it to send QR passes to your form responders (the customers). We collect phone number if you contact us for support by phone.
1.2. Process Tracking Data:
Our Services involve process (the use case here being voucher allocation and use) tracking through QR codes. We collect data related to customer registration data (when customers submit the registration form, so we can show it in voucher use reports), QR code scans, process progress, timestamps, and other relevant information to provide you with process tracking functionality. QR passes are sent to customers using your email address. Data from your form submissions are sent to our internal process tracking platform (an account will be transparently created and managed for you), so you can later record the gift or spending of vouchers for any customer by scanning the QR passes.
“QR Code Loyalty Cards For Vouchers”’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
