These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Response Feedback for Forms™ by Darkaa.
Use of the add-on
You may use the add-on to review Google Forms™ responses, generate feedback, send feedback emails, retry failed processing, and export response status.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the forms, response data, review instructions, recipients, and email settings you choose.
- You must have the right to process the form responses and email the recipients you select.
- You should review AI feedback before relying on it for important decisions.
- You must not use the add-on for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
AI-generated feedback
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. The add-on is a review aid, not a replacement for human judgment. You are responsible for deciding how to use the feedback it generates.
Email delivery
Email delivery depends on your Google account, your configured email provider, recipient settings, and provider limits. We do not guarantee that every email will be delivered or read.
Availability
We work to keep the add-on reliable, but it may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, quota limits, or other conditions outside our control.

Changes
We may update these terms as the add-on changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version was published.
