These Terms of Service govern your use of QR Code Status Tracker by Darkaa.
Install QR Code Status Tracker from Google Workspace Marketplace.
Use of the add-on
You may use the add-on to identify items in a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet, create optional QR labels, move items through status steps, view status history, and share optional link-only customer status pages.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the sheet, item information, statuses, notes, and customer links you choose.
- You must have the right to process the item information and share any customer status page you enable.
- You must keep your Google account and spreadsheet access secure.
- You must not use the add-on for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Status information
The add-on helps record operational status. It does not guarantee that a status is accurate, that a scan is correct, or that a customer will read a shared status page. Check important updates before relying on them.
External service and availability
The add-on uses the Darkaa Trak service to store tracking cases and status history. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, network failures, quotas, or conditions outside our control.
No AI or machine learning
QR Code Status Tracker does not use AI or machine learning models and does not integrate with third-party AI services. Google Workspace™ data is not sent to AI providers or used to create, train, or improve AI or machine learning models.

Our handling of information is described in the QR Code Status Tracker Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the add-on changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version was published.
