We are excited to announce a major new feature for our “QR Code Ticket Per Response” Google Forms™ and Vouchers add-ons: the Ticket Data Browser!
Previously, form owners had to rely on separate spreadsheets or our mobile check-in app to view and browse registrations and their check-in status. Now, you can browse all attendee and check-in data directly within Google Forms™!
Features of the Ticket Data Browser
- Seamless Browsing: View all registered attendees and registration fields in a clean, wide desktop dialog.
- Search-As-You-Type: Find any attendee instantly by searching across names, emails, and tracking codes.
- Live Check-in Status: Displays real-time check-in tags (“Checked in” vs “Not checked in”) in parallel for low latency.
- One-Click Ticket Downloads: Download or view individual attendee PDF tickets directly with an inline viewer link.
- Native CSV Export: Export your filtered or complete data to a CSV file (fully compatible with Microsoft Excel) with zero extra setup or permissions.
This wide desktop dialog can be launched directly from either the Google Forms™ Add-on menu (under “Browse tickets & check-in info”) or via the new primary button at the top of your Reports tab inside the sidebar.
The feature is fully active and automatically available on both our standard Google Forms™ add-on and our Voucher/Loyalty add-on. Happy scanning!
