If you collect registrations or payments with Payable Forms, you can now use those attendee records directly with our QR Code Ticket workflow for fast mobile check-in.
Our Google Sheets add-on now detects Payable-generated columns automatically, configures Payable Order ID as a scanner-readable key, and lets the check-in app recognize the QR codes that Payable already sent to your attendees.
What this gives you
- Reuse existing Payable QR codes: no need to resend tickets just to start scanning with our check-in app.
- Paid-only sync by default: when Payable is detected, the setup can limit ticket creation to rows where Payable Status = paid.
- Flexible next step: if nobody has paid yet, you can skip ticket generation for now, open the dashboard, and come back later with Add more QR codes.
- Normal Trak check-in flow: once attendees are synced, use the same smartphone scanning flow and attendance reports as in our other ticketing setups.
How to get started
- Install or open Payable Forms and collect registrations in Google Sheets.
- Open that sheet with our QR Code Ticket Per Row Google Sheets add-on.
- Accept the Payable setup prompt so the add-on can recognize Payable QR codes and suggest the paid-only filter.
- Sync attendees, then scan them with the check-in app as usual.
If you want to compare this with another form-driven ticketing flow, see our recent post about QR code tickets for Jotform.
