A guest calls: are they registered? Did they already check in? Until now, answering meant leaving Google Forms™ and digging through spreadsheets or the mobile app. The new Ticket Data Browser puts every registration and check-in status one click away, inside the forms add-on itself.
What you can do with it
- See everyone at a glance: all registered attendees and their answers, in one comfortable desktop view.
- Find one guest in seconds: type part of a name, email, or ticket code and the list narrows as you type.
- Know who is in already: each attendee shows a clear “Checked in” or “Not checked in” tag, kept up to date while you look.
- Resend-ready: open or download any attendee’s PDF ticket on the spot, for example when someone lost theirs.
- Take the data with you: export everything, or just your filtered view, to a CSV file that opens directly in Microsoft Excel.
This wide desktop dialog can be launched directly from either the Google Forms™ Add-on menu (under “Browse tickets & check-in info”) or via the new primary button at the top of your Reports tab inside the sidebar.
