Use Payable Forms QR Codes for Event Check-In

If you collect registrations or payments with Payable Forms, you can now use those attendee records directly with our QR Code Ticket workflow for fast mobile check-in.

Our Google Sheets add-on now detects Payable-generated columns automatically, configures Payable Order ID as a scanner-readable key, and lets the check-in app recognize the QR codes that Payable already sent to your attendees.

What this gives you

  • Reuse existing Payable QR codes: no need to resend tickets just to start scanning with our check-in app.
  • Paid-only sync by default: when Payable is detected, the setup can limit ticket creation to rows where Payable Status = paid.
  • Flexible next step: if nobody has paid yet, you can skip ticket generation for now, open the dashboard, and come back later with Add more QR codes.
  • Normal Trak check-in flow: once attendees are synced, use the same smartphone scanning flow and attendance reports as in our other ticketing setups.

How to get started

  1. Install or open Payable Forms and collect registrations in Google Sheets.
  2. Open that sheet with our QR Code Ticket Per Row Google Sheets add-on.
  3. Accept the Payable setup prompt so the add-on can recognize Payable QR codes and suggest the paid-only filter.
  4. Sync attendees, then scan them with the check-in app as usual.
